The first step

Remember the first job interview? Remember getting the first job in your life? Remember the first appointment letter? Remember the tough time to get the first promotion in your career? How about watching your child making the toughest first step?

Same thing happens to businesses. The first business is the hardest one. Launching the first brand is the toughest decision in your first business. Remember the first brand that you handled with cynicism and hope? Remember the first advertising idea that came out of your head? Remember the first step in an unknown land? The subsequent ones are much easier, if you keep making those steps again and again. But overcoming the fear of first step is the thing that many of us need to work on. Many of us won’t even make our first step because of “fear” of failure. Well, if you don’t fail, how would you find the secret of success?

Are you ready for your first step in something new?
